1. What Vibe Pier is
Vibe Pier is an online marketplace where independent sellers list AI tools, templates, prompts, services and businesses for sale, and buyers purchase them. Vibe Pier is the platform, not the seller: each listing is offered by the seller named on it.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account can both buy and sell.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Vibe Pier never stores card details. When you buy, you pay the seller's price; Vibe Pier deducts a platform commission from the seller's share. Sellers receive payouts through their Stripe account.
4. Digital goods and services
Digital downloads are delivered by secure link after payment is confirmed. Services are delivered by the seller according to the package you chose. Vibe Pier does not guarantee the quality or fitness of any listing.
5. Business-for-sale listings
Business listings are information only. Vibe Pier does not process payment for the sale of a business in this phase and makes no representation about the accuracy of revenue or profit figures provided by sellers. Conduct your own due diligence.
6. Prohibited content
No malware, stolen or infringing content, scams, or anything illegal in the United States. Vibe Pier may remove listings and suspend accounts at its discretion.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe Pier is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. [Lawyer: add governing law, arbitration, limitation caps.]
