Eligibility

To receive payouts you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding, including identity verification. Vibe Pier cannot pay you until Stripe marks your account as enabled.

Commission

On each sale Vibe Pier deducts (1) its platform commission at the rate shown in your seller hub, and (2) the payment processor's fee (currently about 2.9% + 30¢ for cards). Both come out of the sale amount before your payout. Example: on a $100 sale at 10% commission you receive $86.80. Promotional commission rates (for example Founding Sellers) reduce the commission only; the processing fee always applies.

Your listings

You confirm you own or are licensed to sell everything you list, that descriptions are accurate, and that revenue figures on business listings are truthful. You handle delivery and support for your products.

Refunds and disputes

Chargebacks and refunds for your sales come out of your share. Repeated disputes may lead to listing removal. [Lawyer: add dispute process, tax responsibilities (1099-K via Stripe), termination.]
