What you agree to
By ticking the box you agree that everything in a seller's data room — revenue screenshots, analytics exports, customer figures and any other document — is confidential and shared with you only so you can evaluate buying that business.
You will not copy, publish, share or use it for any other purpose, including competing with the seller, and you will delete it if you don't go ahead.
Every file you open is logged with your account, the file and the time. The seller can withdraw access at any time.
